I just wanted to let Dr. Prelutsky and anyone involved in assisting with my recent FMLA absences how grateful I am for all your help. This company makes it such an ordeal to get certification. I truly believe they are instructed to consider a request denied and start the process from there. Instead of being able to concentrate on getting better physically one also has to deal with the stress of battling with them to get certified for a legitimate absence.
